Go for a walk to clear my head.
When did you know you wanted to start your own business?
When the retail market went into COVID-19 and I decided I wanted to give back.
What’s your proudest moment?
Two things: the birth of our son, Cameron (after my wife had gone into remission from Acute Myeloid Leukaemia) and running the London Marathon.
What’s your number one way to wind down?
Running which I find helps me think.
What’s the one resource you’d never be without?
My iPad, which I love !
What is the one regret you do not want to have in this lifetime?
Spending too much time at work.
What inspires you most about your work?
Meeting a variety of people and helping them come to a mutual resolution.
What do you love most about running your own business?
The flexibility of doing what I want when I want.
What do you do? Who for? And how does it benefit them?
Crombie Pitts is a National Accredited Mediator who mediates for individuals or businesses to assist them to solve a dispute. Mediation is an assisted negotiation where parties have the opportunity to listen, to understand & work together to find the outcome that suits them best. The mediator’s role in the process, is to remain neutral and simply help each party clearly communicate and come to an agreement that serves them better than their alternatives.
