If there’s one word we won’t forget in a hurry post-COVID, it’ll be Zoom. And probably ‘pivot’. But mostly Zoom. The technology we all just kind of took a bit for granted pre-March 2020 has become quite literally a lifeline.

For every person in your life who has used Zoom before, there’s a handful who are scrambling to understand it. Or at least, make it work properly. Without it we can’t even exercise these days. Not to mention see our extended families. And in more and more cases, do our jobs.

For all these reasons (and a thousand more I haven’t thought to mention) this PDF from Zoom could be the most useful thing you read this week.
