After hearing Andrew Griffiths speak I decided to read his book, The Me Myth. Iโve only just started reading it, but Iโm already finding Andrewโs powerful mix of raw honesty and realistic advice (based on life experiences that are both amazing and tragic) to be a rich source of life fertiliser!
In fact, it was Andrewโs book that inspired me to write this article. Can books rock our world? Absolutely!

- You can do it! by Paul Hanna. I read this book many moons ago and it was my first exposure to the โbe accountable for every single thing that happens in your lifeโ message.
- The Liver Cleansing Diet by Dr Sandra Cabot. I read this book around 12 years ago and I still drink a glass of lemon juice every morning. Itโs a refreshing way to start the day. Give it a try!
- An inspirational quote from Robert Gerrish. He said โ95% perfect is better than no action at allโ. This quote sits right near my computer, and it has prompted me to take action on numerous occasions. (Thanks Robert!)
